Kilduff Farm supports RSABI Christmas with market
FOLLOWING the success of last year’s Christmas market, Kilduff Farm – home to East Lothian’s Pumpkin Festival – is hosting a two-day festive event in support of rural charity, RSABI, which provides emotional, practical, and financial support to people involved in Scottish agriculture.
The Christmas Market will kick off on the evening of Friday, December 2, and is for over 16-year-olds, while the market on December 3 will take place over the course of the day and the whole family are invited to get into the festive spirit.
A wonderful selection of makers, producers and independent local businesses will be taking part in the market, with something for everyone if you are looking for Christmas shopping inspiration. Browse a delightful range of homewares, art, lifestyle, jewellery and festive treats for the Christmas table. You are guaranteed to find the perfect gift and spoilt for choice whether shopping for yourself or others.
Kilduff will also be showcasing their range of honey, apple juice, bread flour and new rapeseed oil as well as preserves and piccalillis.
Commenting on the event, Lucy Calder, coowner of Kilduff Farm, said; “Our Christmas market is a wonderful opportunity to tick off all your Christmas shopping in one place, while supporting incredible independent businesses. The market will allow friends and family to come together, enjoying local festive food and drink, while supporting a very important charity.
“We received such positive feedback after hosting last year’s market and we are delighted that we have been able to bring it back this Christmas. It will be a regular addition to the Kilduff calendar.
“RSABI is a charity very close to our hearts, so being able to make a small contribution to the services they provide the agriculture c ommunity means so much. We can’t wait to kick off the festive season in style and of course welcome new and old faces on to our farm, following the success of our Pumpkin Festival in October.”
