How to find help and get refunds

ANYONE unhappy with an energy supplier can take action. To make a formal complaint, first refer the issue to your supplier and allow eight weeks for the company to put the matter right.

If there is no satisfacto­ry resolution you should contact Ombudsman Services on 0330 440 1624 or visit ombudsman-services.org.
