How to find help and get refunds
ANYONE unhappy with an energy supplier can take action. To make a formal complaint, first refer the issue to your supplier and allow eight weeks for the company to put the matter right.
If there is no satisfactory resolution you should contact Ombudsman Services on 0330 440 1624 or visit ombudsman-services.org.
