CRESSIDA BONAS
has been singing the blues since breaking up with Prince Harry – as she sets her sights on a stage career.
After performing in How The Light Gets In music festival in Hay-On-Wye last week, I’m told she has been auditioning for more musicals.
As one friend of the blonde noted, it is ironic she is so keen on a career on the stage when one of her reasons for April’s split from the Prince was a fear of the limelight.
‘It is peculiar because she is so painfully shy sometimes – but she really adores singing, dancing and acting,’ said the friend. ‘She has been on a musical training course in Australia and then sang rather well at her sister’s wedding.’
At Hay, Cressida, 25, sang a blues lullaby in a production directed by Lily Ashley – granddaughter of Laura Ashley.
