IS ANYONE

-

I called them on Friday, and a woman eventually got me to understand the bills in Yorkshire had been produced ‘wrongly’, while they were again behind with sending my other bill for London.

‘Can you send one today?’ I asked her. ‘It will take 28 days to produce it,’ she said, ‘and anyway, I can’t action a bill as it’s a different department.’ I’ve lost the will to live… else at the end of their tether dealing with npower? I have just received a bill 14 pages long for my Yorkshire address, telling me I am in credit by £1,169, and have been for more than a year. Yet, at my London address, it took two years of me calling them to get a bill, which was then several thousand pounds in arrears. This meant they sold the debt to a bailiff, who was very nasty indeed.
