Oat berry smoothie
This smoothie provides fibre, soya, and oats. It’s ideal for breakfast or a pick me up snack on days when you fancy a more filling way to have a smart food shot (but remember, you won’t need both).
SERVES 1
1 small banana 50g mixed berries (eg blueberries, raspberries or hulled strawberries)
200ml unsweetened soya milk 40g fine oatmeal 1 stanol shot Put the banana, berries and soya milk into a blender and whizz until smooth. Stir in the oatmeal and pour into a container or flask. Leave to chill in the fridge for at least an hour. It’s perfect if made the night before you need it.
