HOW TO PLAY

1. Check the Unique Number in the MyMail panel on the back page of today’s newspaper.

2. Each day, we will print five lines of six numbers inside the newspaper. If you match all SIX two-digit numbers from the back page, with any one of the sets of numbers in today’s newspaper, you can claim the jackpot* of £1,000. *Jackpot prize is shared if there is more than one winner.

3. Readers matching FIVE two-digit numbers on any one line inside the newspaper can claim £50.

4. If the Jackpot is not claimed by 5pm on the day of publicatio­n it will roll over to the following day. YOU MUST CLAIM BY 5PM.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Game is open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales and the Channel Islands who are 18 years or over. Not open to residents of N. Ireland or Eire. Employees and agents of the Promoter, or any third party connected with the production/ distributi­on of the newspaper may not take part, nor may their family or households. By taking part you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms.

PRIZES: If there is more than one valid claimant for any jackpot prize, the prize will be shared equally. If you match all SIX numbers from the back of your newspaper with a set of numbers printed inside, you may claim the jackpot. If there are no jackpot winners, the jackpot amount will roll over to the following day. If the jackpot is claimed it will start at £1,000 on the following day. If you match FIVE numbers from the back of your newspaper with a set of numbers printed you may claim the £50 prize. If, for any reason, the value of all the £50 winners exceeds £10,000 on any one day there will be a draw and one correct match five winner will be awarded the £10,000 prize.

HOW TO CLAIM: You may only claim once per day. Call 0808 272 0808 between 9.30am and 5pm (BST) (11am and 5pm on Sundays) on the day you match your numbers. CLAIMS AFTER THIS TIME WILL on your newspaper, do not phone. Log into your MyMail account and use our missing numbers system to generate a Unique Number that will then be displayed in your statement; or write your name and address in the panel on the back of the paper. Send it to: Daily Mail October £1,000 Draw, PO Box 595, Blackburn BB2 9JN. You will be entered into the monthly draw for £1,000. The closing date for entries is November 7, 2015.

If we have no jackpot winners by 5pm each day, it will roll over – so tomorrow’s could be £2,000! When it has been claimed it will start at £1,000 the following day.

BE VOID. You must retain the original copy of your winning newspaper and follow our instructio­ns to verify your claim. All entries must be available if requested for verificati­on of any claim. Newspapers which are mutilated, illegible, forged or tampered with will be void. Photocopie­s not accepted. No responsibi­lity is accepted for entries damaged, lost or mislaid. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

GENERAL: The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspond­ence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion: (a) to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the terms and to declare as void any claims based on such conduct; and (b) to declare as void any claims resulting from any printing, production or distributi­on errors whatsoever or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparatio­n for or conduct of the Promotion materially affecting the result of the Promotion, number of claimants or the value of claims. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion or any part of it at any time in the event of circumstan­ces beyond its reasonable control. Publicity may be given to winners and their names and images may be published in the newspaper and on our website(s). Winners must co-operate fully for publicity purposes. If any of the provisions of these terms is held invalid or unenforcea­ble in whole or in part that part shall be severed from these terms and the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected. These terms shall be governed by English law and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdicti­on of the English courts.
