Want to look like a supermodel? Try the broccoli sprouts diet!

FOR most people, a proper breakfast involves a plate of bacon and eggs – but not if you’re Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, the latest celebrity to fall in love with a loopy diet. The 30-year-old supermodel, right, eats only cress on toast in the mornings – and feels the urge to share an 250-word essay about it with her fans on Instagram. And the pregnant star can’t just eat any old cress. Oh no. She prefers broccoli sprouts, inset – shoots with lots of detoxifying enzymes that make it even healthier than normal cress.

Her breakfast, she tells fans, who are probably weeping into their Weetabix, is ‘10 to 100 times more enzyme-rich than fruits and veg when eaten within the first seven days of being sprouted’. No wonder she asks: ‘Are broccoli sprouts the new green juice?’

Think I’ll stick to the Egg McMuffin!
