Bad drivers? Try Malta!

Letter writers last week complained of poor drivers in Britain, but you don’t know how lucky you are. Where I live, the first rule of driving is that there are no rules! Double, even triple parking is common, even on double yellow lines and across roundabouts. I’ve even seen drivers parked in the centre of ‘yellow boxes’ texting! C.
