LIVINGSTON manager David Hopkin lauded his on-loan Rangers pair as Ryan Hardie and Jordan Thompson combined to help ease the Lions to a convincing win at Falkirk.

Thompson set up Ibrox team-mate Hardie for Livvy’s second on 59 minutes after Alan Lithgow had given them a first-half lead.

Hardie then looked to have got the final touch on Rafa De Vita’s free-kick to make it 3-0 before Alex Jakubiak netted a consolation.

Hopkin said: ‘Jordan has come in and we’ve asked him to play a different style. It’s a superb delivery and a great header by Ryan.’
