Oat, avocado and spinach smoothie

Grind 50g oats and 2 tbsp flaxseeds in a coffee-grinder or powerful blender so they resemble a powder.

Add the powder, along with ½ avocado, 50g spinach, 1 frozen banana, 200ml unsweetene­d almond milk, 1 tsp agave syrup and 1 tsp vanilla extract to a blender and blitz together until smooth.
