Guests admit: We just hate boozy stag dos
THEY have become huge events – and are central to pretty much every modern wedding.
Yet a new survey reveals that 60 per cent of Britons hate going to stag and hen parties, and a third would like to see the tradition die off altogether.
Forty per cent admitted that they have turned down an invitation to a stag or hen bash because they dread them so much.
Nearly half of those asked – 46 per cent – said it was the huge consumption of alcohol that put them off most.
The poll of 1,000 adults was carried out for travel firm thebigdomain.com.
