The heat’s on Liz over dogs in car

So Liz Jones took her three dogs to a spa on a hot day and left them in her car while she was pampered. Unbelievable! She said the windows were open and there was water for the dogs to drink, but it can be more than 80F in the shade in this weather. Other dog-owners take note.

I hope Liz Jones was joking about leaving three dogs in a car on one of the hottest days of the year. Even with the windows open on hot days, there is still no air circulating and dogs are soon in distress. The RSPCA is always telling people not to leave their dogs in cars but they still do it. Isn’t it about time that the police or the RSPCA started heavily fining these people?
