SUSAN Boyle confessed to being ‘humbled and nervous’ as she was inducted into the Scottish Music Hall of Fame alongside Annie Lennox at the Scottish Music Awards last night.

Wearing a fuschia Frox Of Falkirk dress, she said: ‘I am nervous but it is good nerves.

‘I’m humbled to be getting this honour because so many great people have been inducted before and it feels very surreal to be back. Annie Lennox has long been a favourite of mine and I have always admired her, so I’m very honoured.’

She added: ‘Now that I am back I want to let everyone else know I’m back. Next year I have a new album coming out. I’m very excited. I had a lot of fun making it.’
