Spot the celebrity chef... as he weds his former PA

CELEBRITY chef Nick Nairn has married his former personal assistant in a romantic ceremony in his home village.

The Ready Steady Cook star, 60, tied the knot on Friday with long-term colleague Julia Forster, above and inset, in the church wedding party on the banks of Lake of Menteith, writing: ‘What a brilliant day my wife and I had. A huge thanks to everyone who made it such a fantastic day.’

Miss Forster, 49, began working for Nairn as his assistant in 2006 but the pair only got together in 2017. She is now operations manager of his business empire.

Nairn – who runs a cook school in the village – split from his second wife Holly five years ago and the couple later divorced. They have two teenage children. in Port of Menteith, Stirlingshire, where his father’s funeral was held last week. Jimmy Nairn died at the age of 91 two weeks ago.
