Well-heeled Eva won’t pay in full

-

FORMER Glasgow Provost Eva Bolander has decided to pay back just over £2,000 of the public money she spent on clothes and grooming. The SNP politician, who resigned in October, claimed more than £8,000 in total, including more than £1,000 spent on 23 pairs of shoes, multiple trips to the nail salon and £751 on haircuts. The payback deal with the council means Ms Bolander (pictured) does not have to say which items she is refunding – but with only a quarter of the expenses reimbursed, Glasgow taxpayers are still entitled to grumble.
