THERE were celebrations on Friday night when Britain finally left the EU
– but not for poor Ulrika Jonsson, left, who was frantically filling out ‘Settled Status’ forms for two of her children. The kids, Bo, 19, and Malcolm, 11, could be turfed out of the UK because their respective fathers – Markus Kempen and Brian Monet – are not British, and neither is Ulrika.
The TV presenter, 52, who has four children, tells me: ‘I’m concerned about the two who don’t have a British father or passport. I’ve lived here for 41 years and paid taxes but have never been allowed to vote because I maintain my Swedish citizenship and the Swedes won’t let me have dual nationality.’
She’s a national treasure in need of a nation!
