FITNESS guru Derrick Evans, also known as Mr Motivator, thinks people should stop saving for their retirement and live life as if there was no tomorrow.

Evans, who rose to fame in the 1990s for his motivational fitness regimes, was made homeless in his 20s, but now owns a £2million property in Jamaica, complete with 30 acres of land.

He made so much money from his Mr Motivator video sales in 1994 that he was able to buy two houses in London with cash. Now 67, he lives in Manchester with wife Sandra, 63, and their youngest daughter Abigail, 23. His autobiography, The Warm Up, is out now.
