Andrew’s remark is despicable

One may have thought things couldn’t get worse for the Duke of York over the Jeffrey Epstein affair. But it is despicable that he referred to Virginia Roberts as ‘a very sick girl’, as you revealed last week.

Such a ploy has been used before by others to undermine genuine victims of abuse. Those who know Ms Roberts say she is anything but sick – she is strong and articulate and there is no reason to doubt anything that she says. Diane Silva, Bournemouth
