FRANCE coach Fabien Galthie insists he has complete trust in youngster Arthur Vincent after drafting the 20-year-old in for today’s showdown with Italy.

Montpellier centre Vincent will come in for the injured Virimi Vakatawa in the only change from the XV which started the fine win over England last weekend.

Vincent, a two-time Under-20 world champion, will partner Gael Fickou in the centre at the Stade de France, with Damian Penaud once again unavailable due to a calf injury.

Galthie said: ‘Vincent is a player who has the perfect career course. We expect him to be himself, with his strengths, his maturity but also his youth.

‘He is a multi-purpose centre, first or second, capable of being a regulator or an accelerator.’

Italy are seeking a maiden win over Les Bleus in Paris.
