My supermarke­t loyalty has not been rewarded

I am a long-standing Waitrose customer but I fear that my loyalty has been misplaced. As a vulnerable person, I have received emails from supermarke­ts telling me I am registered as such with them, but Waitrose has not yet activated this informatio­n. And looking at its website, all home delivery slots are marked as either ‘fully booked’ or ‘unavailabl­e’.

I agree that the Talking Pictures channel is doing a great job, showing old favourites such as

Laurel And Hardy. I have found lots of others on YouTube, such as Highway Patrol, and Dragnet. It’s a busy life watching the oldies on TV.
