3 BANISH LOWER BACK PAIN

-

DO this to loosen up muscles in the lower back that have stiffened and become sore from prolonged sitting.

Lie on your back and pull up one knee until it’s above your hip, with the foot at same height as the knee.

Holding the knee in place, move the foot outwards and away from the body – you should feel it pulling slightly on your inner thigh.

Keeping the foot at that angle, try to roll the knee right across your body until it reaches the ground, or as far as you can. Don’t let the foot touch the ground.
