New Age artists gather for a blaze of glory
Every August, thousands of New Age types, old hippies and artists descend on the Nevada desert for the Burning Man Festival, where they endure extreme heat and dust to create a so-called ‘city of dreams’. At the centre is a huge Wicker Man-like construction, which at the end is razed to the ground.
