Many of us have struggled with stress and the pressures of modern life, but are there lifestyle changes we can make, or techniques we can adopt, that could alleviate such issues? Dr Javid Abdelmoneim (above) and Kate Quilton have found 10 volunteers – including a firefighter, a paramedic and a chef – willing to test out their theories, from meditation to giving up caffeine.
