Running Wild With Bear Grylls

Anthony Mackie (below) probably wishes he had the flying skills of his Marvel Cinematic Universe alter ego The Falcon when he takes part in the first episode of a new run. He joins Grylls in the Italian Dolomite mountains, where the pair must endure freezing conditions while conquering sheer cliffs.

It's certainly a long way from Hollywood. ★★★★★
