FAMILY: Married, four children, aged 22, 21, 18 and four.

INTERESTS: Peloton, which he has ‘done for 200 days consecutively’. He says: ‘You can tell I’ve got an addictive nature. I am quite relentless in what I do. I think most entrepreneurs are. But it trained me to look after myself for 20 or 30 minutes a day.

‘When you give so much to your business and then you give yourself to your family, it’s a little bit of me time to make sure I keep myself healthy every morning and into the next day.’ HOLIDAY DESTINATION: ‘I can’t wait to go to Ibiza once the IPO [stock market float] is over – the quiet side of the island.’
