Tom Daley (below), in his fourth Olympics, headlines the Team GB action today when he and Matty Lee participate in the 10m synchro diving competition from 7am. Max Whitlock and Britain's men's artistic gymnastics squad are also hoping for a medal in the team final.

Other highlights to look out for are the women's triathlon, men's hockey and swimming.
