IT was definitely a case of ‘Kapow!’ for this Batman stunt double yesterday when a high-speed action shot went badly wrong.
For the second time in a week, the superhero who is more used to fighting the unruly inhabitants of Gotham City found himself dodging serious injury while shooting for the new Batman film in Glasgow.
A car, which was supposed to move out of the way by gas-operated jacks, got stuck and – ‘Blap!’ – the stuntman and the Batbike collided with the vehicle.

Warner Bros confirmed a crew member was injured while filming the high-speed chase scene on Renfield Street, and added that the person received medical assistance.
