The DJ's (right) latest session comes from Irish rock band Inhaler, who play tracks from their debut album, the reassuringly named It Won't Always Be Like This.

Catherine Carr hosts the new series The Exchange (Radio 4, 8pm), which brings together strangers who share a common experience. Each of them comes bearing a gift that will unlock their stories. The first episode focuses on Saima Razzaq and Teddy Prout, who both made a choice about religion when they came out.

New Generation Artists (Radio 3, 4.30pm) features the Calidore String Quartet with Mendelssohn's last major composition, String Quartet No. 6.
