Mahershala Ali (above) won his second Oscar in three years for his role as star pianist Don Shirley in this 1960s-set comedy-drama, inspired by a true story. The film itself won Best Picture and focuses on the unlikely friendship that blossoms between Shirley and his driver (Viggo Mortensen) during a tour of the American South. ★★★★★
