This two-part comedy sees the stand-up (right) examine why he is in his 30s and has never been in love. He begins his search for answers by looking back at his youth, and how his family, the characters on TV and the early 1990s R’n’B in his record collection have shaped his relationships.

The Documentary (BBC World Service, 9am & 8pm) looks at the ban on intellectual impairment sports at the Paralympics.

Kimberley Wilson and Xand van Tulleken look inside the brain’s temporal lobes to learn how people can make better memories in Made Of Stronger Stuff (Radio 4, 3.30pm).
