Advanced paramedic Naomi (left) is dispatched to deal with a patient who fell 20ft from a ladder. However, a quarter of the calls coming in concern suspected Covid-19 cases, including a pregnant woman who hasn't felt her baby move since she became ill. She is transferred to hospital, but there are 56 other ambulances also waiting to hand over their patients.
