Who says £230,000 a week can’t buy you taste, Jack!

AFTER his £100million move to Manchester City, it wasn’t a surprise that Jack Grealish had splashed out on some new clothes.

But he proved that no amount of money can buy style when he turned up at the Leeds pop festival last night as one big fashion disaster.

He teamed a £450 Balanciaga logo T-shirt with a pair of blue £600 Gucci shorts, which he was seen in during his sunshine break in Mykonos earlier this summer.

Grealish’s trainers were £114.95 Nike Air Force 1, while he wore a pair of Hugo Boss striped socks, priced at £10.99. His look was finished off with a £1,500 Christian Dior cross-body man bag and a mismatched multi-coloured bucket hat reminiscent of Bill and Ben, the flower pot men.

It was actually a cotton twill hat by Gallery Dept, priced at £380.

Grealish, 25, who is paid £230,000 a week and played in his new side’s 5-0 win over Arsenal earlier in the day, arrived at the VIP area in the early evening in time to see the headline act, rapper Stormzy. He made the 45-mile trip from the Etihad Stadium to Leeds’ Bramham Park, where the festival is being held this weekend.

The footballer’s outfit, which in total is worth just over £3,000, is quite a contrast to his budget Boohoo Man’s denim edit, which he has been paid around £250,000 to publicise. T-shirts in his collection cost as little as £7, while jeans are priced from £21.

The former Aston Villa player’s Love Island star girlfriend Sasha Attwood didn’t appear to be with him last night.
