Lee Mack’s Road To Soccer Aid

There will be an all-star line-up of celebrities and players on Saturday at Manchester City's Etihad Stadium for the England v Soccer Aid World XI match to raise funds for Unicef. Among those taking part is Lee Mack – and the comedian (right) has been anxiously preparing, particularly as he has failed to score in this fixture after missing three penalty attempts.

In this upbeat documentary, an entertaining curtain-raiser for the big game, Mack hits the road to get tips from famous friends across the country. Among those doling out their expert know-how are Olympic gold medallists Sir Mo Farah and Nicola Adams, as well as former England manager Sven-Göran Eriksson. Comedy stars Rob Brydon and Eddie Izzard are also on hand with advice – perhaps they can at least help Mack to laugh whatever the result on Saturday…
