BBC Proms: Last Night Of The Proms

Since July 30 we've been treated to some amazing performances, but now the curtain is coming down on this year's Proms. Conductor Sakari Oramo (above) takes charge of the proceedings at the Royal

Albert Hall, which will end in traditional style with Elgar's Land Of Hope And Glory, the National Anthem, Jerusalem and, of course, Auld Lang Syne.
