An antidote to anti-vax poison

-

LAST week I wrote about a chance encounter with the notorious anti-vaxxer Kate Shemirani, who was protesting outside a Brighton vaccine hub.

It seemed odd to me that an ex-beautician who’s apparently a fan of Botox – which contains a deadly toxin – was so against the Covid jab. One person who agrees with me is her son Sebastian, 22, who’s campaigning against her and peddlers of conspiracy theories in general.

He has said he grew up believing his mother’s lies but gradually realised she was… well, not quite all there up top.

He’s no longer in touch with her, bar the odd text message in which she tries to persuade him the vaccines are infused with some Satanic enzyme, and now spends a lot of his time doing interviews about just how unhinged and narcissistic she is.

Watching Kate in full flow was frightening. But if her thoughtful, eloquent son is anything to go by, there is hope.
