Fred And Rose West: Reopened
ITV, 9pm
How many murders did Fred and Rose West (right) commit beyond the dozen women and girls they are known to have killed? That has worried investigators since Fred West committed suicide before the trial, at which his wife Rose was convicted for ten of the killings in 1995.
In this two-part documentary series (concluding on Thursday at 9pm), presenter Sir Trevor McDonald is joined by former detective chief inspector Colin Sutton, psychologist Donna Youngs and author Howard Sounes to look into the identity of other possible victims and where the bodies may be buried.
The team soon uncovers disturbing new clues. As the horrific possibility emerges that 20 previously undiscovered victims may be buried on a farm, experts and police try to narrow down the location in an increasingly tense search. ★★★★★
