Carrie’d away! SJP swept off her feet by hunk from the ‘Hot Fellas’ bakery
SEX And The City character Carrie Bradshaw is getting a little pick-me-up from her local bakery, by the look of these scenes.
Actress Sarah Jessica Parker was given a lift from a hunky co-star as she filmed the follow-up series, And Just Like That…, in New York last week.
Clutching a baguette – rather than the signature Fendi Baguette bag she’s usually seen carrying – the 56-year-old was carried up the steps to her brownstone flat by strapping French model and former kickboxing champion, Thomas Canestraro, whose uniform bore the slogan: ‘Hot Fellas Baked Goods’.
Little is known about the plot for the new series, but the cast have been spotted filming in mourning dress, prompting speculation that the character of Samantha Jones may have been killed off after actress Kim Cattrall refused to return. Meanwhile, the latest pictures appear to show fashion-obsessed Carrie having a medical emergency as a wheelchair sits next to the bread delivery van.
Carrie is wearing her wedding ring, having married Mr Big in the spin-off movie, and also what appears to be a medical bracelet – certainly not her usual accessory.
An onlooker told The Mail on Sunday: ‘SJP was in a great mood and in her element during filming. She shares a great rapport with the fans who gather to watch and they often cheer when they see her. She will always wave back with a big grin.’
Also back are Cynthia Nixon as lawyer Miranda and Kristin Davis as Charlotte.
