SUMMER may be over and the nights drawing in, but there is something to give us cheer – Strictly is back! The unlikely TV ballroom dancing behemoth kicked off last night with another round of celebrities being paired with their professional partners. I always think the professional and ex-professional sports people have a jump on the rest – as they are fit, physically strong, know how to compete and have a lifetime of applying themselves to training to fall back on. But I’m interested to see how multiple world and Olympic swimming champion Adam Peaty gets on – as he says himself, he’s much less ‘fluid on

land’. Time will tell.
