Drama: Trust Radio 4, 2.15pm

Julie Hesmondhalgh (right) returns for the second series of Jonathan Hall's drama about life in a Salford school. The run begins in March 2020 as the pandemic hits, causing chaos for the staff, pupils and parents – and it's up to the headteacher to ease their anxieties.

Radio 3 In Concert (Radio 3, 7.30pm) comes from Wigmore Hall in London, where singer Christian Gerhaher, violinist Isabelle Faust and a string ensemble play music by Schoeck, Schoenberg and Berlioz.

James Gallagher begins a new series of Inside Health (Radio 4, 9pm) by investigating the health claims of various vegan and vegetarian foods.
