Yesterday’s World Superbike action in Jerez was abandoned after the death of a Spanish 15-year-old rider on track. Dean Berta Vinales tragically died in a multi-rider crash in the Supersport 3,000 race.

He rode for his uncle’s Team Vinales. Vinales is the third teenager to die in competitive motorbike action this year.
