SHOCK horror in aristo-land – the Cambridges have separated!

Thankfully, not those ones, but Scotland’s equivalent – the country’s premier peer, the Earl of Arran and Cambridge, and his wife.

Although it’s a relief that William and Kate are still together, I am sorry to say Alexander Douglas-Hamilton, 43, has parted ways with his wife,

Sophie, 44, an interior designer. The couple, who are the toast of Scottish high society, married in 2011 and have three children. They have not revealed the reason behind their sad split.
