Jennifer Kent's atmospheric horror features an incredible performance from Essie Davis (above) as a stressed, widowed mother who is struggling to cope with her son's increasingly odd behaviour. Things are about to get even worse after he becomes convinced that the monster depicted in his picture book is real.
