Behavioural expert Marie Gentles continues her work with some of the most challenging pupils at Milton Hall Primary School in the hope that the teachers don't have to turn to their last resort – exclusion. Tonight, Oscar seems to have made a breakthrough in the classroom following an outburst in the playground. Meanwhile, Olivia's relationships with the school's staff are nearing breaking point.
