Broadcast to mark the acclaimed author’s centenary, this fascinating documentary uses Patricia Highsmith’s (right) diaries to reveal the inspiration behind her 1952 novel The Price Of Salt. Sarah Dunant is the presenter, while readings come from Miranda Richardson.
