The Purple Lids went unbeaten against hosts Oman, minnows Papua New Guinea and Test nation Bangladesh.
They’ve now earned the right to take on some of cricket’s powerhouse sides like India, Pakistan and New Zealand. The team played some terrific stuff and captain Kyle Coetzer demonstrated tremendous game management.
