Don’t lose sleep over your insomnia
I used to suffer with insomnia and the tips last week from Professor Guy Leschziner (pictured) on how to cope with sleep problems really resonated with me. Adding exercise and fresh air into my day and refraining from alcohol helped my mental health, which in turn helped my sleep. I just wanted to say to everyone suffering with sleeplessness that it will get better!
