Following recent globetrotting trips, Giles Coren and Monica Galetti are a bit closer to home this week. They stop off at the ritzy Lanesborough hotel in London’s Knightsbridge, where Coren gets to work with the team of butlers who are on call to make tea and unpack luggage. Meanwhile, Galetti discovers that even guests’ dogs are given star treatment, with staff taking them for walks. ★★★☆☆
