New Moon rises for earl

IS THE new young aristocracy throwing off convention when it comes to naming their heirs? I only ask because the Earl of Bradford’s second son, Harry Bridgeman, has named his new son Moon. Mind you Harry, 39 (an accomplished breakdancer I am assured) and his wife Lucinda have form for this: they called their first daughter River and their second Sunny.

‘No comment about the name,’ barks the earl, who confirms Moon is his first grandson. Grandmother Jo says it’s an ‘interesting choice’.
