He’s a brilliant diver, a national treasure and can knit you a lovely jumper, but could Daley (above) row, cycle, swim and run from East London to his home town of Plymouth? That’s the challenge he set himself to raise money for this year’s Comic Relief, and we follow his progress in this often moving documentary, which begins as he climbs into a boat at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. ★★★★★
