Woman killed in student flats
A MURDER investigation has been launched after a 19-yearold woman was killed in student accommodation.
Police and medics were called to Arbour House in Clerkenwell, East London, at 5.10am yesterday after receiving reports of a woman with serious injuries.
The teenager, who has not been named but is believed to have been a student at City University of London, was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made. Chief Inspector Adam Instone of the Met Police said: ‘Officers, including forensic specialists, remain at the scene. We are working to ensure the woman’s family have been informed.’
